The assault resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
